According to People, the 20-year-old Spring Breakers star travelled to Oslo to meet her ex flame Justin who performed a concert on 18th April. 19-year-old Jusitn Bieber was really excited and posted a shirtless pic too! An insider from People said that the pair looked to have rekindled their romance. A source reveals that Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez not only kissed each other on lips but were holding hands and hugging each other.
