Whether it is royal weddings, weddings of business tycoons or movie stars, celebrity weddings have their way of charming the general public. Who can forget that historic kiss by the royal couple, Prince Charles and Princess Diana? These wedding of famous celebrity couples remain burned in out memory long after the people are actually gone.

1. Prince Charles & Princess Diana: It is only fitting for a royal wedding to be on the top of the chart but you would have have expected the recent one to be on the top! This wedding of the crown prince (who still remains the crown prince and the princess is dead) took place in 1981 and was covered live by television cameras. Diana's puffed sleeves wedding dress and the famous 5 foot tall expensive wedding cake still remains an urban legend after the Princess's sad demise.

2. Vanisha Mittal & Amit Bhatia: The dream wedding at a Paris Chateau is the most expensive wedding of giant business tycoons ever. The only daughter of steel tycoon Lakshmi Narayan Mittal wed a London based Investment banker. The wedding was a mega 5 day event.
