Dahi Handi is a popular festival celebrated in India, especially in the state of Maharashtra. It is observed on the second day of Janmashtami. This day also marks the birth of Lord Krishna and involves forming human pyramids to break an earthen pot filled with curd, which is tied at a height.

The festival symbolizes Krishna's playful and mischievous nature. This year Dahi Handi will be celebrated on 06 September 2023.

1. Shrikhand
