Kate Hudson is expecting her first child with her boyfriend Matt Bellamy. They are nine months in the relationship and Kate Hudson was not expecting the child for another years time. Kate Hudson's pregnancy was not planned but they are happy about it.

Kate Hudson has a seven year old son with her ex husband Chris Robinson. Kate Hudson's spokesperson confirmed the news of her pregnancy, "It was not planned, but they are excited and embracing it. She is happy for Ryder to finally have a brother or sister."

Though the actress has confirmed her happiness on her pregnancy, reports say that Kate was trying to hide her pregnancy from the media. She has been trying to hide her baby bulge. Reports also say that the actress will soon launch her book 'So You Are a Star', which will talk about her family relationships. Kate and Matt Bellamy are still not talking about tieing the knot in near future.
