On their way out of the Oscar Award event, Justin Bieber leaned forward and kissed Selena on her lips. Adding fuel to the fire, sources have also confirmed that the night before the Oscars, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were seen together in St. Regis Monarch Beach in Dana Point, CA.
