The Got Talent star was on her way back from Paris trip was given a royal treatment due to this misunderstanding by station staff.
A rumour of the Queen having arrived to catch a train back put everyone to observe royal etiquette.
"It soon became clear it was Susan - and not Her Majesty - but one train attendant still thought she was the Queen. Susan roared laughing when she realised the mix-up," said an onlooker.
After the comedy of errors episode, the star said, "She'd had a pretty hectic few days, but this really cheered her up."
