Leonardo DiCaprio has declared that, Bristriceanu belongs to Chicogo and has been making numerous attempts to meet the actor. She was never allowed an access but has been sending Leonardo numerous letters.

In one of the letters she has used the term, 'Dear husband Leo' and has declared Leonardo the father of her unborn child.

DiCaprio, who is baffled with this incident says, that he has encountered many fans but this one is making him scared and uncomfortable. The allegation she is making is very disturbing.

The court has ordered Bistriceanu to saty atleast 100 yards (91.4 metres) away from the DiCaprio's house.
