Most Wanted Terrorists List Revealed

The fugitives were listed based on their links in planning attacks targeting oil, security and other installations in the kingdom or providing Al Qaeda members with weapons, safe haven, false documents and money. Included in the list is Osama bin Laden's son-in-law.
The individuals listed are involved in discreet networks of extremists trying to rebuild control over the Arabian peninsula. The most wanted men are hiding abroad or in the neighboring Yemen, as the country is lenient with its laws, all the while keeping them close to the kingdom and sources of support.
The documents revealed that the men belonged to places all over the kingdom, with the youngest being the 16-year old Abdul-Ilah al-Shihri. He was only nine years old at the time of 9/11 and he was smuggled into Yemen to join al Qaeda there by his uncle, as claimed by the documents.
An anonymous official revealed that each of these individuals are active members of the Al-Qaeda and local offshoots. The last terror attack by Al-Qaeda was in the year 2006 at an oil facility at the Abqaiq oil complex, the world's largest oil processing facility, in eastern Saudi Arabia. The attempt however, failed.
Saudi Arabia has declared the list and seeks help from the Interpol. The list also includes 11 who have been released from the Guantanamo Bay detention facility in Cuba. Amongst them are two Saudis that were released and now they have emerged as leaders for the Al-Qaeda branch in Yemen. AGENCIES
