The 20-year-old bagged the top spot at the Miss Tiffany's Universe Ladyboy pageant after beating 29 other contenders. The crème de la creme of Thailand's "kathoeys," or "ladyboys" contested for categories including Best Costume, Miss Photogenic and Miss Unlimited Sexy Star.
Miss Tiffany's organisation put together the annual pageant in an attempt to raise awareness about transgender issues.
