Miley Cyrus Pays Tattoo Tribute To Her Late Friend

Teen sensation, the Hannah Montana star, Miley Cyrus has got a tattoo inked on her chest in memory of a friend who died of cystic fibrosis at a young age of 12.

She has paid tribute to her pal, Vanessa, by getting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's motto 'Just Breathe" tattooed below her left breast.

Cyrus had previously thanked fellow Disney star Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers for helping her deal with the tragedy for loosing a friend in 2007.

However, the tattoo tribute has brought about its own controversy. Several commentators are speculating whether Cyrus broke any law by getting the body art done as the US legislation prohibits tattoos for those who are under 18.

However, some states allow younger teens to have body art if they have written consent from their parents.
