Madonna Tops The List

More than this being news, it'll be a surprise. Madonna, the very 'Material Girl' hit maker has topped a new poll of 'Hardest Working Mothers in Showbusiness'.

The Queen of Pop, who is mum to adopted tot David Banda, three, Rocco, eight and 12-year-old Lourdes, bagged 110 million dollars in 2008, putting her on top of America's Forbes magazine's list. Contactmusic reports that Madonna, the 'Material Girl' hit maker, earned most of her money from her world tour as well as record sales and a string of endorsement.

The top five woman that included in the poll were-

1.Madonna

2. Reese Witherspoon, who has two kids from ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, came second after earning 24 million dollars in 2008.

3.Gwyneth Paltrow, who also has two kids, with husband Chris Martin, came in third with earnings of 20 million dollars.

4.Julia Roberts, mother of three, landed the fourth spot.

5. Sarah Jessica Parker, who has a son with husband Matthew Broderick, rounded out the top five.
