The residents will pay respect to the iconic singer with a commemorative pavement star.
Mercury was a Parsi and grew up in India has been referred to as Britain's first Asian rock star. Born in Farrokh Bulsara, a small island in Zanzibar, off the Tanzania coast, at the age of 17 moved to West London.
His mother has revealed that he had written many songs in his house in London. She said: he used to write some of the songs and tuck them under the pillow before going to college.
"When I used to ask him, not to put rubbish underneath or I'll throw it away, he always said that don't throw it away, Mum, its very important," recalled his mother.
