The teenager is unable to speak and communicates through different forms of giggle. According to her mother Yang Longying, Xu suffered from severe fever when she was eight month old. "Ever since then she has been laughing uncontrollably," the Sun quoted Longying, as saying.
Her dad Xu Weiming added: "There is no happiness for us. Seeing her laughing we feel even sadder than if she were crying."
However, the medical experts believe that Xu's condition might be due to her damaged frontal lobe and have referred her to CT scan to uncover her abnormality. AGENCIES
