Cate Blanchett's Brighton Home Up For Sale

Cate Blanchett's Brighton home, including her designer bathtub, has been put up for sale.

The 40 year old beauty had moved to the house a few years back and a whole street had been closed off when the huge bathtub was brought into the house.

The actress later sold the mansion to song writer, Richard Stannard.

Stannard added a sound proof music studio and recording booth to the Grade I listed property, which is now again up for sale at a price of 3.1 million pounds.

Blanchett's bathtub and a stylish red metal staircase she had installed are still in the house.

The house also boasts of suede covered walls, a home cinema and an underground tunnel to seven acres of private gardens.
