Nicole Richie launches own perfume
Nicole Richie is all set to launch her own perfume, a signature scent. The 25-year-old star revealed she has a number of exciting projects in queue by the time she finishes filming her reality show 'The Simple Life'.
She tells," I'm working on a style book, plus I'm launching a jewellery and accessories line, a sunglasses line and my own perfume."
Nicole has been recently at the centre of eating disorder rumors. She is also looking forward to a well-earned break after a stressful few months.
She adds: "I think I'm going to do some travelling. Summer is my favourite time of year, so hopefully I'll also find time to just relax by the beach. Last year, celebrity fragrances accounted for 23 per cent of the top 100 women's fragrances in the US.
Nicole's friend Paris Hilton is among a host of stars, including Sarah Jessica Parker, Victoria and David Beckham, Britney Spears and Kylie Minogue, who have already released their own signature scent. Elizabeth Taylor was one of the first stars to launch her own perfume, which has seen more than one billion sales since it hit shops 15 years ago.
