Hair-Straighteners Are Top Invention For Women

ANI: Hair-Straighteners have been named the best-ever invention, according to a new poll.

Hair irons, that make your hair smooth and straight within minutes, has earned the maximum number of votes from women in a poll by retailer Comet, who quizzed 1,500 people for the survey.

The mobile phone got the second spot in the 'She-Gadgets Top Ten" list, where as laptop was voted the third best gadget.

Hair dryer bagged the fourth place while the TV remote landed the fifth place.

On the men"s front, the top spot was begged by the mobile phone, followed by the Sky TV box and iPod.

“It"s women who are traditionally thought of as being great gossips on the telephone," The Sun quoted a spokesman for Comet, as saying.

“The Sky box is less of a shock as it offers great sport content," he added.
