Cleaning your toothbrush is one of the essential tips to maintain oral hygiene. We often do not pay attention to cleaning the toothbrush and simply practice one oral hygiene tip; changing toothbrush every 2-3 months.
After brushing, it is very important to clean the toothbrush and maintain oral hygiene. Even after being visibly rinsed, the toothbrush becomes a home to bacteria. For example, we have the habit of rinsing the toothbrush with water after brushing and then keep it in the rack or box. Did you know that a wet toothbrush is home for various germs and bacteria?
You must shake off excess water from the brush and air dry under the fan or sunlight. Moreover, we have another habit of keeping the toothbrush in the cabinet or box after use. Keeping lots of brushes in one cup can be bad as the toothbrushes spread germs when they rub against each other.
So, here are some tips for cleaning your toothbrush and maintaining oral hygiene.
HOW TO BRUSH WITH AN ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH?
