Freeze Your Foods To Eat Fresh

Frozen Food Storage Tips -
1. Wash all vegetables and fruits before freezing them in the refrigerators. (except herbs and greens)
2. Herbs and leafy vegetables should not be washed but have to be rolled in a aluminum foil before freezing to keep it fresh for long.
3. Poultry has to be washed and stored in moisture free wrap. It is best to use these frozen foods as quickly as possible.
4. Oily items like pickles, curries and gravies need to be stored in ceramic or high quality plastic containers.
5. To refrigerate foods stuffs like ice creams, cakes and puddings, always use air tight plastic or glass containers.
6. Dairy products like milk butter, cheese can also be stored in odor free air tight containers.
7. Fruit Juice concentrates and perforated drinks can be stored for more them 6 months from the date of purchase (refer the instructions on the bottle before storing).
