Remedies For Garden Insect Bites
Getting bitten by an insect in your garden is quite a common phenomenon, for the presence of insects is something that is as essential for your plants as it can be irritating for you. There are many types of insects that can come into your garden and cause unnecessary irritation to you. The two main types of insects are those that bite and those that sting. It must be noted that toxins in the saliva usually cause a particular disease. Ticks need to be dealt with in different ways in order to stave off the onset of disease inflicted by garden insects. At times,tick bites are painless and can go unnoticed for considerable period of time. When bitten, pull the tick gently and not force it out. If the size of the tick is large, you can consider using tweezers. You must save the tick if you wish to identify the insect that bit you. The implications of the bite can also be understood better if you save the tick.
DO not unnecessarily use external objects to remove the tick. As mentioned earlier, using tweezers is a good option. While removing, make sure you do not wist and turn the tick. Crushing a tick can lead to onset of disease, something that must be kept in mind.
If you are stung, you can consider rubbing an onion in order to dissolve the sting. Besides dissolving the sting, onions act as antiseptics as well. Do not rub or feel the area, for it can slow down the rate of recovery.
