Why Turmeric-Honey Mixture Is Healthy

Both turmeric and honey have healing properties. Combining them can result in a mixture that is antibacterial, anti-cancer and even anti inflammatory.
This mixture is also good for the gut bacteria. It boosts digestion too. It is safe and is devoid of side effects.

Ingredients
You will need a tablespoon of turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, a teaspoon of grated lemon rind, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 100 grams of honey and a tablespoon of turmeric.

Preparation
Take a bowl and mix black pepper, turmeric powder and apple cider vinegar. Add the honey and also the lemon rind to it. Stir the whole mixture well and move it into a glass jar. Put the jar in the fridge.

Every morning, consume one tablespoon of that mixture. It boosts immunity, health and also prevents some types of cancer.

If you are suffering from cold, consume the mixture (1 tablespoon) once an hour for 2 days. From the 3rd day, consume it only thrice a day.

How to consume it? Let the mixture dissolve in the mouth before you swallow. For the next 5 minutes, don't eat or drink anything.

If you are not able to consume the mixture directly, add it to your tea or your breakfast item. Or simply spread it over a slice of bread and have it.

If you are pregnant or allergic to any of the ingredients of the mixture, avoid consuming it. Also, consult a doctor before trying this as a remedy.
