With too much activity packed into our everyday schedules, we have forgotten to eat well and eat at the right time.
This is the reason why we are becoming the victims of life style-related diseases like obesity, diabetes, hypertension and heart troubles. What you eat is important, but when you eat is also very important.
In order to live a healthy life, the first thing we need to do is eat well and also eat at proper intervals at the right time. Erratic eating habits take a toll on our health and we become the victim of various diseases.

A proper eating schedule should be followed in order to sail through the day with maximum energy levels.
While it might appear reasonable to skip meals to save time and avoid intake of calories, it really does not help.

Skipping breakfast is the worst thing that one could do. After going through the whole night without eating, the body needs fuel to awaken and start its metabolism process.
Skipping breakfast may result in feeling lethargic throughout the day. Your body needs a constant flow of calories throughout the day to function at its best. Depriving it of the necessary nutrients can prove to be fatal in the long run.

Also, eat a proper lunch so that your body can provide you with the optimum amount of energy throughout the day. This way you will feel energized and your metabolic process will stay on the right track.
Also, do not skip dinner. Have a light dinner so that your body can function properly and carry on with its repair work at night.

Along with an erratic eating schedule, some of us forget to drink water. Water is among the most crucial things our body needs to survive. If you do not drink enough water throughout the day, you could become the victim of a number of diseases. So make sure that you drink enough water throughout the day.
