Our feet are one of the most important parts of our body. But hardly do we pay any attention to them. There are certain conditions of the feet that can signify certain diseases that you might be suffering from. Here we shall discuss some of them.
If you suddenly notice that your feet have become hairless, it could be an indication that blood is not flowing properly to your feet. It could also turn out that your heart is not in a very good condition and hence it is not able to pump enough blood to your feet.

Do you often wake up in the middle of the night with cramps in your foot? Do you stop dead in your tracks while running, impaired by cramps? It could mean that you are suffering from dehydration or nutritional deficiencies like calcium, magnesium and potassium. In extreme cases, it could also mean that you are suffering from either nerve damage or poor circulation.

Do you always have cold feet? This could indicate that you suffer from hypothyroidism. This also leads to depression, weight gain, hair fall, dry skin and hair, etc. If you suffer from all these symptoms, make sure to go for a blood test and start taking medications immediately for hypothyroidism.

If you find that you have a wound in your feet that will not heal, get yourself checked immediately. This could mean that you are either suffering from diabetes or cancer. If you see that your toe has enlarged suddenly, do not neglect it. It could mean that you are suffering from some kind of infection, inflammatory disease, gout or it could also be arthritis.

If you feel that your feet are going numb, you should get yourself checked. It could mean that you are either suffering from diabetes or neuropathy. It could also be the side effects of chemotherapy.
