2 Acupressure Points To Enhance Your Concentration And Memory
The medical technique of acupressure is all about finding the meridian lines on the body and applying pressure on them, in a way to promote blood circulation, relieve pain, etc.
This is quite similar to Acupuncture, except that in the Acupuncture technique, needles are used on the pressure point, whereas in acupressure, you'll need to use your fingers to apply the pressure.
It is fair to say that compared to acupuncture, acupressure is a less painful technique.

This technique, mainly, revolves around the notion that human body has self-curative abilities, which means that our body can heal itself without the help of medications or pills.

Read on to know more about these pressure points and the right way of doing this treatment.
1. Bigger Rushing Point

Bigger rushing point is the place where the bones of big toe and second toe interject. All you have to do is put your finger on that point and gently put pressure for about 3-4 minutes.
After that, release the pressure and repeat the process for 4 to 5 times through the day. Doing this, on a regular basis, can enhance your concentration, focus and the ability to remember things.
2. Sun Point

This is the point that can be found just a few inches away from your eyebrow, in the depression of the temples. Apply slight pressure on the 2 points for about 3 minutes.
Repeat this process through the day for about 4-5 times. This will not only improve your concentration power and focus but also relieve you from the stress and relax your mind and body.
Note: Always be gentle in your approach and remember that consistency is the key, so repeat this treatment on a daily basis for great results.
