Extreme heat may also dehydrate your body. All the fluids in your body get evaporated and you might need to supply enough of water to live in such conditions.

Exhaustion
When your body gets totally exhausted due to heat, the temperature may rise to dangerous levels. Your may experience headache and fatigue. This condition may also lead to something called as heat stroke.
