5 Body Parts That We Dont Clean
Your alarm drones on and you have hit the snooze button a few more times and the next the thing that you would do is to roll out of your bed and start to proceed for the morning routine.
However when it comes to cleaning ourselves , we probably think that brushing the teeth, taking a shower, washing our hands and clipping our nails will make us immaculately clean.
How Colour Of Your Tongue Reveals Your Health Issue
However, there are certain areas in our body that we disregard to clean on a daily basis. Some people think being hygienic is all about cleaning the body thoroughly and smelling good however when it comes to cleaning yourself there are certain body parts that we don't clean and are usually missed or never thought of as being important.
Now just imagine how the bacteria would have built-up over the years in those forgotten bend and crevices of your body.
How To Make Your Body Parts Beautiful
Here are some of the body parts that we don't clean but you actually need to.

Tongue
It is not the teeth that need to be taken care of but it is imperative to scrape your tongue every morning to get rid of bacteria in all forms. This is the body part that we don't clean very often.
Your tongue is always filled with bacteria and it is most likely to spread to the rest of your mouth. Cleaning your tongue with a tongue scraper can save you from gum infections.
Not cleaning your tongue can cause cavities and other problems. Immediately after you wake up, you could see your tongue covered in white film like toxins which has to be removed by scraping your tongue.

Belly Button
We wash our hands, face and underarms but do we always clean our belly button? Belly button is often the most neglected part and when it comes to personal hygiene conversation this is one area which is not much discussed about.
It is one of the most ignored parts of the body that people clean. Just remember a good soap and water can clean your belly button. Make sure to clean everyday or at least follow once a week routine to keep it dirt free.

Space Between Shoulder Blades And Neck
You may not be aware about the spot that I'm talking about called acnestis. The acnestis means the part of the body that you can't reach or can be scratched easily.
You can contour your arms in different directions but you cannot do it at the area which is located between your shoulder blades and somewhere between the nape of your neck and on the middle point of your back.
Cleaning all surface of your back is important since sweat can produce a pore-clogging film on the surface of the skin. If you don't clean the space between the shoulder blades there is possibility to accumulate bacteria over that area. This is the body part that we don't clean but you actually need to.

Underneath Your Fingernail
You don't know why you are frequently falling sick. It is true that bacteria can cause vomiting and diarrhea and it is often found under people's fingernails.
Handling raw meat, contact with animals and poor toilet hygiene can leave unwanted guest underneath your finger nails. Simply by washing your hands regularly cannot do away with the germs that lurk under your nails. Make sure to invest in a good nail brush so as to thoroughly clean under the corners of your nails and keep it healthy.

Between The Toes
Healthy feet is important to make you feel good and to stay active. You may be taking care of your feet yet there is one area that you have been abandoning for a long time and that is the space between your toes.
Many of them don't keep their toenails trimmed and clean it regularly. Try to clean and scrub this part of your feet every time you take a shower. Try to clean this area before your wear your shoes so that the bacteria will not thrive in.
