Why Young Girls Are Hitting Early Puberty?

What is puberty? Generally, young girls feel that hitting puberty means getting periods or getting the hint of a bosom. There is more to puberty than these two changes.
Symptoms of puberty:
- Apart from breasts development, the body height increases.
- Body starts shaping up. Buttocks become fuller and curvaceous. Even the look changes. Few girls look more beautiful whereas few look dull and weak.
- Body odour
- White discharge from vagina
- Menstruation
- Genital hair growth
- Acne
Why girls are hitting early puberty?
Also, obesity is a reason behind hitting puberty early. Due to obesity, hormones develop quickly and girls hit adolescence before the right age.
Estrogen is a hormone which triggers puberty. When estrogen secretion increases, the chances of hitting adolescence becomes higher.
Stress is one of the factors behind getting early periods. School tension and studies pressure increase stress levels which effect the body.
According to researchers, hitting puberty at a younger age increases the risk of breast cancer among girls. This is because, the girls get more exposed to estrogen hormone from an early age.
These are few reasons to know why girls are hitting puberty at such an early age.
