What's is the Vegan Diet ?
It is a diet which promotes vegetarianism. It does not allow the followers to intake of even poultry like egg, cheese etc. Meat, chicken, egg are a big no in this diet and they mostly promote the inclusion of greens to their daily meals. Some permanent members of this Diet are grains, beans, legumes, vegetables and fruits. One of the main preaching of the diet is to eat raw and fresh food. It denies the use of frozen food and food with preservative content. The aim of this diet is not weight loss alone. It looks after your overall health. It promotes healthy living. One of the aspects of healthy living is prevention of bad fat and thus, leads to weight loss.

1.Enhances Digestive System – Vegetarian food is much easier to digest than non-vegetarian food.
