'Cookie Diet' Can Be Dangerous!

The amino acid protein mix brings down the metabolic rate of the body thereby reducing hunger. "It is not helping people to get over that need for sweet by saying you can eat cookies and stay healthy," says well known dietician, Susie Burrell. According to her, meal replacement programmes are nutritionally limited and unsustainable.
The diet that recommends one "real" meal a day plus six of the specially formulated cookies do not re-programme eating habits. The problem is people can't stick to such a diet for long. As soon as you go back to the normal diet, owing to the lowered metabolic rate, you will find it even harder to loose weight than before.
