Avoid These Foods To Prevent Impotence!

The main cause of impotence is fat which degrades the arterial system functioning of supplying blood flow in the penis. When the arteries are too clogged to carry blood, it affects erection. Having fresh fruits and vegetables can cure erectile dysfunction. There is a list of food to eat and avoid so as to cure erectile dysfunction. Here are few foods to avoid getting impotence.
Avoid food list to prevent impotence:
- Food rich in sodium leads to impotence. Having sodium rich food increases the blood pressure which can later lead to cardiovascular diseases. Sodium decreases the blood flow in the organs which leads to erectile dysfunction. Cheese, snacks, pickled food, bacon or cured meat, sun dried tomatoes, baking soda or powder, salt, soy sauce are few sodium rich food. Avoid these foods to prevent impotence.
- Avoid having oily and saturated food as they increase the risk of high bad cholesterol. Cholesterol count affects the flow of blood in the main organs of the body which can lead to erectile dysfunction. Saturated food like meat, eggs, butter, dried coconut, cheese, processed meat, whipped cream, dark chocolate, fish oil and hydrogenated oil like palm and coconut oil are food to avoid impotence.
- It is best to avoid eating food items containing trans fats. Trans fat can cause clogged arteries and gradually lead to heart disease and erectile dysfunction. Chips, cookies, French fries, margarine, muffins, cakes and any such fried or packaged foods have trans fat in them. Avoid trans fat food to prevent suffering from impotence.
- Food high in sugar content should be avoided if one wants to prevent impotence. Dark chocolate, cream, dairy products are few food high in sugar.
- To cure erectile dysfunction, avoid having alcohol. According to researchers, a glass of red wine is fine but other alcoholic drinks can lead to erectile dysfunction.
