8 Teas That Help With Migraines
When you wake up to a gruesome headache it feels like the whole world is tearing apart. Though there are several medications to treat these painful headaches especially migraines, it is always best to turn to home remedies.

The teas that help with migraine are green tea, spicy cinnamon tea and of course, ginger tea. These herbal teas for migraines is simply the best, but it takes a longer time than medications when it comes to relief.
The teas that help with migraine also have no side effect. Apart from lessening the migraine pain, these strengthening herbal teas boost the immunity to help keep diseases at bay.
So, if you have been suffering from migraine, here are some of the best home remedies to drive the pain away:

Green Tea
Green tea has a certain amount of caffeine which helps to combat all types of headaches, especially migraine. Add lemon to a cup of green tea and sip on this herbal remedy when needed the most.

Ginger Tea
Ginger is a healing root by itself. Ginger herbal tea for migraines is simply the best as it contains a rich amount of prostaglandins that helps to put an end to the inflammation that causes the headache. However, pregnant women should avoid ginger tea as it can lead to miscarriage.

Chamomile Tea

Lemon Tea

Cardamom Tea
Elaichi or cardamom herbal tea is one of the best to treat migraine headaches. Crush a few cardamom pods and drop it in your tea kettle. Give it a little boil, strain and enjoy it.
