Diet- Breakfast
Sonakshi has cereal and milk or whole wheat toast for breakfast. She even has corn sometimes as they are filling, rich in proteins and carbohydrate.

Mid-Morning
Sonakshi prefers munching on some dry fruits and sips on a cup of green tea. Green tea is one of the healthy drinks which aids weight loss and also provides beauty benefits.

Lunch
