High Fiber Diet For Superfast Slimming

Replacing all the bad carbohydrates and fat with high fiber food will use all the insoluble fat in the body and gradually help in weight loss. Nearly 30-40 grams of fiber is a must in a your day to day meal so start planning today.
High Fiber Low Fat Diet Plan
Vegan Diet Plan: Start your day with cereals, fiber fruits (like apples, prunes etc) and skimmed milk. Your lunch can include mixed vegetable salads (coleslaw), a fruit and dinner tables can contain baked potatoes, fruits and milk. You need not give up coffee or tea in this diet but can replace the fat with low fat milk and calorie free sugar. Your entire meal for the day shouldn't exceed 1250 calories.
Non Vegan Diet Plan: The high fiber diet plan suggests the vegan breakfast but the meal can contain tuna salad, wheat crackers (brown rice) and fruits. Dinner/supper can include beef and spice saute, some rice and salad.
Points To Remember: Those who want to go for the high fiber diet need to limit their eating upto 1000 calories. Drinking water is very essential and over eating fiber (more than 40 grams) can result in bloating, overeating (as the food digests even faster) and cramps.
High Fiber Diet Foods
Fruits: Apples, grape, banana, pear, prunes, dry fruits
Vegetables: Carrots, green leafy vegetables, avocado, corn, peas, beans (like kidney, lime, lentils, soy), potato, ridge gourd, raddish
Cereal: Oats, rice (more in brown rice), bran
