Diabetics Can Try This Remedy!
Cinnamon is a spice which has anti-diabetic properties too. It can bring down blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels too.

If you have diabetes, you can use cinnamon powder in your recipes. Some studies claim that cinnamon can do a good job by curbing the blood sugar levels and minimising insulin resistance.

Another study claims that consuming half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder daily for 40 days can reduce cholesterol levels by 18% and blood sugar by nearly 25%.

Ingredients
500 ml of water, half a teaspoon of oats and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder.

How To Prepare
Mix the above ingredients. Consume the mixture once in the morning and once in the evening for 15 days.
