The Road To Chanderi: Top Fashion Designers Offer An Exquisite Collection At AIFW SS 2017
Road To Chanderi! On the first day of Amazon India Fashion Week, designers pay a tribute to Indian fabric.
Fashion extravaganza is here. The show kicked off with a beautiful and surreal show called The Road To Chanderi. A tribute to India's fabric. Top Indian designers like Anita Dongre, Payal Pratap, Ruchika got together to show their beautiful creations of chanderi.
Anita Dongre's Grassroot featured subtle colours. The hues were a low-key affair in her collection. The sweeping silhouettes were remarkable. The collection offers a range of pants, skirts, jackets etc. You'll also see wrinkled fabric in gold.


On the other hand, Ragini Ahuja's Ikai brought some delicate features. Frills, jackets, see-through panels, structured dresses.



Aneeth Arora who is known for her beautiful label Pero offered floral dresses in light hues. Pero is known for its Parisian appeal. And once again, Aneeth worked on well with her frills, summer dresses and golden kicks.



Bodice by Ruchika was really about the combination of skirts with oversized tops. The colour, in this collection too, were kept light toned. You'll see a variety of summer ensembles. Skirts, jackets, pants, tapered pants are a big highlight of this show.



Payal Pratap had some outstanding saree collection to offer. She worked the shades of blue and brought a different side to Indian sarees and dresses.

Surendri by Yogesh brought some frills and flirty dresses to the runway drenched in teal...

KaSsha kept her collection quite boho. Adding colours to his collection, Ka Sha worked with a variety of prints and turned them into eye-catching dresses.
