Aishwarya Rai And Trisha Ooze Elegance At Ponniyin Selvan II Conference, Pics!
Ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam's period drama Ponniyin Selvan II is all set to release in theatres on April 28. The first part, Ponnyin Selvan I which was released in September 2022 received a lot of praise for its powerful storyline, direction, music, and of course star cast.
The ever-beautiful Aishwarya Rai and Trisha Krishnan who are playing the period characters in the film recently attended the film's conference. Both the divas chose Indian ethnic attires that were indeed inspirational! Scroll down to know more about Aishwarya Rai and Trisha's traditional style:
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is known for her elegant Indian-style choices. Be it a traditional saree or Punjabi suit, she serves as the perfect inspiration to ace ethnic outfits. For the PS2 movie conference, the former Miss World chose a white Anarkali dress that was a perfect example of comfort and effortless style!
Her ethnic flared suit featured golden embellishment work all over and included a matching dupatta with a broad gota patti work border. She complemented the traditional attire with stunning statement jewellery that included a kundan neckpiece with emerald and polki beads.
The Ponniyin Selvan II movie star accentuated her ethereal looks by donning glossy makeup that included smoky eyes, highlighted brows, and a neutral brown lip tint. Aishwarya kept her lovely tresses open and added bounce to it!
Talented South movie star Trisha too joined the Ponniyin Selvan II conference wearing a stunning saree. Trisha looked gorgeous in an off-white saree with golden embroidery work from the racks of ace fashion designer Rohit Bal. She teamed the casual saree with a golden halter neck blouse.
Trisha chose statement chandelier earrings and matching bracelets to complement her designer saree. She kept the makeup minimal which comprised contoured cheeks, kohled eyes, and brown tone lips. The diva styled her tresses in an open wavy style to complete her casual saree look!
