The gorgeous Kriti Sanon and South star Prabhas starrer movie Adipurush is all set to release on 16 June 2023. Everyone is quite eager to experience the larger-than-life cinematic experience of this highly anticipated film which is based on the epic Indian mythology tale Ramayana!

Kriti who is portraying the character of Janaki in director and co-producer Om Raut's Adipurush served some major style inspirations during the film promotions. From hand-embroidered saree to Kalamkari Ayodhya tale shawl, Kriti Sanon's impressed with her sartorial choices! Read on to know more about Kriti Sanon's chosen ensembles for Adipurush promotions:

Khadi Saree

The Bhediya movie star looked like a vision in a double-drape khadi saree in a beautiful off-white colour. The vintage Kerala cotton saree by designer Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla featured a 24-carat gold khadi block print all over and an intricate zardozi border. The combination of the two sarees with a red highlight at the saree border and a mustard colour Resham blouse added a chic contrast to the traditional six yards. The traditional temple jewellery added to the quintessential southern look. diva completed the ethereal look with soft gloss makeup and a sleek hair bun with flowers!

Embroidered Saree

Kriti Sanon has an eye for saree choices. Check her Instagram to believe it! During one of the promotions of Adipurush, Kriti chose a stunning hand-embroider chocolate brown saree from the shelves of designer Arpita Mehta. The modern take on the traditional Indian drape was featured with mirrorwork, Kasab and cut dana embroidery work. Kriti complemented the contemporary saree with statement earrings and rings!

Traditional Anarkali Suit

Kriti slipped into a Rimple & Harpreet Narula anarkali suit set that included a floor-length anarkali kurta and a net dupatta in pastel shades like aqua blue, peacock blue, pink, green, red and lavender! The flowy ghera skirt ensemble was layered with a gota patti work dupatta and subtle sequin embellishments. The traditional floral embroidery accentuated the overall look of the outfit.

Kriti elevated the Nizami outfit with a beaded, stones-encrusted choker and matching earrings. With nude-tone makeup and a messy bun hairdo, Kriti gave the perfect style guide for traditional vintage style!

Ethnic Lehenga

Adipurush movie star served another unreal look by wearing a beautiful Anarkali-style lehenga outfit. Kriti wore a cream colour ethnic lehenga that featured a layered ghera, full-length sleeves, Kalamkari pattered patti borders and a flowy silhouette. Ms Sanon accentuated the ensemble with a contrast skirt and a tulle-border dupatta.

Kriti layered the traditional outfit with a hand-embroidered Kalamkari shawl that featured a stunning representation of Ayodhya tales! She accessorized the magical look with temple gold jewellery and accentuated her middle-parted braid hairdo with an intricate hair accessory!
