Red Vine Spinach Raita Recipe (Basale Soppu Raita)-
;Ingredients:

- 1 bowl of Red Vine Spinach leaves (finely chopped);
- ' cup fresh coconut (grated);
- 2-3 green chilies (chopped);
- 1 ' tsp cumin seeds;
- Salt according to taste;
- 1 cup thick curds;
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds;
- 1 tsp oil;
How To Make Red Vine Spinach Raita?
;- ;
- Cook the chopped leaves in a cooker or a microwave for atleast 10 minutes and strain well.
; - To a bowl of curds, add the cooked spinach.
; - Fry chilies, coconut and cumins in half a teaspoon of oil. Grind it into thick paste.
; - Add the ground paste, salt to the curd mixture. Mix well.;
- Fry the mustard seeds in half a teaspoon oil. Tasty red vine spinach raita is ready.;
Serve the tasty and healthy raita with hot pulao or Bisi bele bath. The raita also goes well with hot stuffed paratas and pickles.
