Mughlai Cauliflower
Recipe to make mughlai cauliflower. Learn to make this tasty Indian dish with our detailed steps.
Ingredients
900 grams cauliflower
450 grams potatoes
450 grams green peas
1 chopped onions
4 sliced onions
4 tablespoons ghee
Ghee for deep frying
1/2 teaspoon saffron
2 tablespoons curd
To be ground into a paste
2 tablespoons coriander seeds
25 mm. (1") piece ginger
12 cloves
16 Kashmiri chillies
Method
Cut the vegetables into big pieces.
Fry the sliced onions in ghee until light brown in colour.
Make a separate paste of the fried onions.
Heat the ghee in a vessel and fry the chopped onions for a little time. Add the chili paste and fry again for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the vegetables and 3 teacups of water.
Cover and cook the vegetable until they are soft.
Add the onion paste and salt.
Mix the saffron in curds and crush lightly. Add to the vegetable and cook for 1 minute.
Serve hot.
