Ingredients of malai makai palak recipe:
Spinach - 4 bunches
Sweet corn boiled - 1 cup
Cream or malai - half cup
Ginger paste - one teaspoon

Ginger paste -1 teaspoon
Green chillies - 3 pieces chopped
Onion - one piece
Kasoori methi dried -1 tablespoon

Amchur (dried mango) powder - 1 teaspoons
Caraway seed (shahi jeera) powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Ghee

Method of preparation of malai makai palak recipe:
1. Soak palak leaves in hot water for few minutes and then drain with cold water. Chop it into small pieces and grind it.
2. Put oil in a pan and saute zeera. Add onions to it and cook till it is golden brown.
3. Add ginger and garlic paste. Add green chillies and fry for few minutes.

4. Add boiled corn, palak paste, salt and amchur powder. Mix and cook for some time until it gets thick.
5. Add fresh cream and lower the flame till the desired consistency is reached. Take off the heat and sprinkle lemon juice on it.
6. Garnish with dried and crushed kasoori methi.
