Ragi is considered to be a healthy treat for one during any time of the day. For breakfast, ragi cheese dosa is an easy recipe that working women can try. It is not only nutritious but delicious when you add spices to it. Ragi cheese dosa is a favorite among diabetic patients. For people who are suffering from diabetes, ragi cheese dosa recipe is a must try.
This ragi cheese dosa recipe will take approximately 10 minutes for you to prepare. Ragi should be included in your diet as it is a good source of fibre and helps to reduce the bad cholesterol levels in the body. Try this ragi cheese dosa recipe to satisfy your early morning hunger pangs.

Ingredients
- Ragi flour - 1 cup
- Semolina - 1 cup
- Rice flour - 1/2 cup
- Maida - 1/2 cup (flour)
- Buttermilk - 1 cup
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
- Green chillies - 2 (finely chopped)
- Cumin seeds - 1tsp
- Coriander leaves - 2tbsp (finely chopped)
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Oil - 2tsp
Procedure
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Add a cup of water to form a batter. The batter needs to be medium thick.
- Heat the flat pan ordosa tava and leave it on sim for a minute or so.
- When the tava is hot, spread the dosa baller evenly on the tava in circular motion.
- Sprinkle a few drops of oil around the rim of the dosa and cover it with a lid.
- Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes on a medium flame.
- Remove the lid and slowly lift the sides of the rava dosa from the tava.
Garnish the dosa with cheese. The cheese will melt into the dosa giving you that added creamy taste. This ragi cheese dosa recipe is easy to prepare and quick too.
