Ingredients
- Urad dal- 2 cups
- Onions-2 (inely chopped)
- Black pepper- ½ tsp

Heat oil in a frying pan.
Make round vadas with your wet hands.. dig a small hole with your finger tip.
When the oil starts steaming, slowly dip the masala vadas in the oil and fry on a medium flame. When both the sides become golden brown and look crisp, strain and keep aside.
