'Dosa' As Cool As A Cucumber

Here is a recipe to show you how to make a wonderful , 'Hot', tasty dosa that can swirl your taste buds with soft butter.
You will need:-
250gms Cucumber
2 cups of rice
' Coconut
3 Green chilli
walnut size of Jaggery
Salt to taste
Directions :-
- First you have to soak the rice in water for about four to five hours.
- Drain and grind together the rice, the coconut, the chilli, jaggery and the salt to bring in the taste. Add in the cucumbers too, for a perfect grind to make the dosa batter.
- With the same knowledge of frying the regular home made dosa made out of rice, this has to be done the same way. Fry on a hot tava with little oil.
Your dosa is now ready to eat following the three simple steps, replace your mint chutney with that of soft butter for that enriching taste.
