How To Make Popcorn From Corn?

Cooking Tips For Popcorn Makers
1. Popcorns can be made in a microwave, a cooking pan or pressure cooker. A teaspoon of butter or oil needs to be added to the cooker/pan.
2. Half a cup of kernels can be fried in the melting butter and cooked on simmer. Remember that the lid of the pan remains closed with slit open.
3. Once you hear the pops, you will have to shake the pan so the popped kernels will come over the popping kernels. This will prevent the over burning of corn.
4. When you hear the popping sound slowing down. Transfer the popcorns to a wide bowl. Do not seal the container when the popcorns are hot.
Popcorn Flavours:
You pizza seasoning (like chilli flakes, tomato flakes, oregano flakes), pepper, noodle spice can all be preserved to spice up crunchy corn.
The best time to add spice to corn is when you fry kernels in butter. Even salt is sprinkled at the same time.
Storing Popcorns: Plastic containers (like tupperware) are best to store popcorns as they maintain the crunchy snacks for long.
