Different Dal Recipes To Try On A Gloomy Day
Today, we shall see how to prepare moong dal sweet. This is the healtiest sweet dish of moong dal as it is very good for health.
Moong dal sweet recipe can be prepared in very less time. This sweet dish also has great health benefit. If any one is suffering from excess body heat then then can help indulge in this sweet recipe as the moong dal sweet reduces the body heat and cools it down.
Special South Indian Fried Rice Recipe
So, let start preparing moong dal sweet recipe.

Serves - 4
Preperation time -10 min
Cooking time - 15 min
Ingredients:
- Moong dal: 2 cup
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Jaggery - 1 cup
- Cardomon - 4 to 5
- Milk - 1 bowl
- Dried grapes - 10
- Cashew - 10
- Ghee - 5 tbsp
Procedure:
- In the pressure cooker add ghee and then add moong dal and fry.
- For one cup of moong dal add three cups of water. Pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
- In another pan, add 1 cup jagerry and some water. Stir it well so that the jagerry dissolves in it.
- Let the jaggery mixture saute. Cool this for a while.
- Now in the mixer add coconut and few cardomon pieces along with little water. Grind it to make a paste.
- After the cooker cools down, open the lid and add the jaggery water and the grinded coconut paste.
- Now add one to rwo cups of milk.
- In another small pan, add ghee, dried grapes, cashew. Empty these ingredients in the moong dal pan.
- Stir it well.
- Hot and tasty moong dal recipe is ready to serve.
