Delicious Mango Pulp With Stewed Pears

Pamper your taste buds with this delicious recipe, of stewed pears in sweet mango pulp.
All you need is,
1kg of sweet mangoes
2 tsp of sugar
3-4 tsps of thick cream
2 pears
3 tsps sugar
¼ tsp clove powder
Mint leaves
It is simple to make if you just follow this method:-
Peal the mangoes and cut into small pieces. In a mixer add the mangoes, the sugar, the cream and grind well to obtain a smooth pulp. Keep the mixture in a bowl and place it in the refrigerator to chill.
In another bowl with the pears, peel it well and cut it into fine strips. Remove the seeds of the pear. Heat 200 ml of water and add in the sugar to stir well till the sugar melts. Lower the heat and add in the clove powder. Add in the pear pieces and cook on a low flame. Stir the mixture from time to time till the pears begin to change color. (2-4 minutes).Put off the stove; now remove the pears from the syrup with a slotted spoon.
Place on a serving plate and top the pears with the mango pulp. Garnish with the mint leaves and serve chilled
