Recipe For Vegetable Clear Soup

Ingredients:
- Chop vegetables like carrots, spring onions, cauliflower, beans, mushroom, cabbage, spinach – 1 cup
- Cornflour – 2 tbsp
- Water – 6 Cups
- Salt, pepper – as required
Method:
- Boil the water.
- Make cornflour mixture by mixing cornflour with water.
- Add cornflour mixture to the boiling water and stir for a while.
- Once the water is almost clear add those chopped vegetables to it.
- Keep it for 2 more minutes and turn off the stove.
- Now add salt and pepper to taste.
Your vegetable Clear Soup id ready to be served. Enjoy.
