;Pumpkin Juice Recipe – Summer Juice
Ingredients:
1.1/4 Pumpkin (peeled, seeded)
2.1 cup sugar / honey (optional)
3. Pinch of cardamom
4.Water
5.Ice cubes
Pumpkin Juice Preparation :
1. Boil the chunks in water for upto 10 to 15 mins. Blend it in a juicer with the same water. Leave aside to cool.
2. Add sugar (optional) and cardamom. Stir well. Tasty summer juice is ready to sip on.
