Yogurt and berries smoothie recipe:
Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 cup orange or grape juice
1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
crushed ice
Directions to make yogurt and berries smoothie recipe:
1. Blend orange or grape juice with raspberry yogurt and ice.
2. Add the frozen berries and blend to make a thick and creamy mixture.
3. Pour the thick yogurt and berries juice in a glass and garnish with few frozen berries.
Yogurt and berries smoothie healthy post workout snack recipe is ready. Serve it cold!
