Lychee Pineapple Smoothie For Summer
Summer is a season to celebrate with refreshing drinks and smoothies. If you want to describe the essence of summer, it can be best symbolised by two fruits; mangoes and lychees. And seeing some fresh and red lychees being sold on a cart, I was reminded that the season for lychees has just started. The prices are still sky high, but you can always give your kids a summer treat by making lychee pineapple smoothie.
The lychee pineapple smoothie recipe is very simple. This lychee recipe requires just a few lychees. So, you don't need to stretch your budget for making this drink. Lychee has several health benefits and trying out this summer drink recipe will allow you to get all those in a nutshell. You can make lychee pineapple smoothie as a filling evening beverage for yourself and your kids. You can also have this dessert after a light dinner.
This recipe for lychee pineapple smoothie will not take more than 10 minutes to make.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- Lychee- 4 (shelled and seeds removed)
- Pineapple- 100 grams
- Hung curd- 100 grams
- Honey- 1tbsp
- Vanilla ice cream- 1 scoop
- Ice Cubes- 2
Procedure
- Shell and and de-seed the lychees and put them in the blender.
- Peel the pineapple, cut it into smaller pieces and put it into the blender
- Add hung curd into the blender. You can add 1/2 a cup of water if you think it is necessary.
- Churn the ingredients in the blender and pour it into a large glass.
- Now, add crushed ice cubes to the glass and put a scoop of ice cream into the smoothie.
- Glaze some honey on to the ice cream.
- You can top it with a couple of fresh lychee fruits for effect.
The lychee and pineapple smoothie tastes great, is healthy and also very filling.
