Recipe For Prawn Cocktail

Ingredients :
- 500 gm - shelled prawn tails or peeled shrimps
- 1 cup - Undiluted tomato soup
- 1 tsp - Minced spring onions
- 6-8 - Lettuce leaves
- 2 tbs - Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbs - Mayonnaise
- 1 tbs - black pepper
- 2 cups - Double cream
- A rind of lemon
- A few peppercorns
Salt and Tabasco sauce as per the requirement
How To Make :
- Boil the shelled prawn or peeled shripms.
- Add a rind of lemon, a few pepper corns and salt to taste.
- Now add tomato sauce, tomato ketchup, minced spring onions and mayonnaise.
- Keep the blend inside fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Now cut the lettuce leaves and put it in cocktail glasses.
- Add a few drops of tabasco sauce and now pour the refrigerated blend to it.
- Add double cream.
Your prawn cocktail is ready to be served.
